Watching how some of our fave celeb girl crushes got creative with their gym besties while staying home this past year was oh-so inspiring as we planned our fourth annual #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay for Monday, March 1, 2021.

This year's NWBD—presented by Degree (the official deodorant of NWBD!) and sponsored by DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse—is entirely virtual, but the good vibes will be every bit as strong as in previous years. Here's how you can celebrate with the WH team this time around:

To get in on the action, post a pic with your workout buddy (throwback pics or screengrabs of remote sweat sessions with your BFF totally count!) using the hashtag #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay—kind of like you'd post a pic of you and your bro on #NationalSiblingsDay.
