You Can Join Us For Free Workouts On National Workout Buddy Day This Year
Your workout buddy holds a special place in your life: They've cheered you on through half-marathon training, met up for 6 a.m. gym sessions, and sweated by your side through walks in the park.
Now's the time to pay tribute to those pals: Women's Health's 6th annual #NationalWorkoutBuddyDay is on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
Sure, you could just post a photo with your bud and call it a day, but why stop there? Here are all the ways you can celebrate National Workout Buddy Day with Women's Health this year.
Challenge your workout buddy to a sweat session.
This year, Life Time is partnering up with Women's Health as our exclusive partner for NWBD.
We're celebrating workout buddies with a series of classes on Instagram Live @womenshealthmag. Plus, Life Time members can bring a buddy to their local club for a workout to join the fun in-person, or livestream classes via their Member app, too.
Not a Life Time member? Grab a buddy and buy a one-day membership for full access to the club and all of its amenities like pools, spas, cafes and more.
Here's a peek at the schedule of classes:
8 a.m. ET: MB360 with Jessie Syfko and Shannon Jarvos (45 min)
This Life Time class will debut for the first time on National Workout Buddy Day! The mind-body session combines meditation and mobility work with functional strength and conditioning in a high-energy format that will improve the way you move and feel.

9:15 a.m. ET: Gluteus Maxout with Jadi Collado and Ebonny Fowler (45 min)
You'll target and strengthen the muscles in your glutes and legs—with a little cardio on top—in this workout featuring Women's Health Strength in Diversity graduate Jadi Collado and her workout buddy and mentor Ebonny Fowler.
Equipment: Dumbbells / Miniband

11 a.m. ET: Dance Jam with Sheila Genao and Katy Pineva (30 min)
You'll get a full-body cardio workout inspired by dance choreography (don't worry, no experience necessary!) in this fun session.
