Catherine Zeta-Jones Rocks A Sheer Dress And Toned Legs In New Pics

Catherine Zeta-Jones has always been fabulous, but she's certainly is having a moment right now. And most recently, Catherine was making jaws drop at the 76th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs). The Wednesday actress, 53, donned a one-shoulder purple-and-yellow beaded Tony Ward couture gown with a sheer lining (which highlighted her super toned legs) and voluminous tulle train. Catherine also shared some snaps of her gorgeous red carpet look on her Instagram.

"Tonight at the Baftas!!! Honored to be back in my home country amongst such talent to present Best Picture to ‘All Quiet On The Western Front’ Bravo! Thank you @tonywardcouture @chopard @sarahflint_nyc @miss_kellyjohnson @brettglam @stephanebodin," she captioned the photos.

And her followers are loving her look. One commented, "Now that’s a movie star gown❤️," and another wrote, "That dress is 🔥." I have no notes. This is all true!

If you're curious how she stays so strong and toned, you should know that Catherine is always mixing it up when it comes to her fitness routine. She told W Magazine, her workouts include, "Swimming, tennis, Peloton, my home gym and tap dancing." And one way Catherine stays so fit is with yoga.

Back in November 2022, Catherine hosted a gals-only yoga session at home with some of her closest girlfriends, and showed off her skills.

And she shared another video of herself doing a different yoga workout at home in February 2022 while listening to burlesque music. "Question… does anyone else listen to burlesque music on the yoga mat? ‘Om…….’," she captioned the video.

She also stays active playing golf.

And she also enjoys swimming laps for cardio, which is a great low-impact workout that works every part of the body. "If I become a little lethargic or lax in the physical part of my life, I get stressed. So I swim. I have one of those pools where I can swim against the tide," she told the Telegraph.

As for her diet, Catherine shared everything she eats in a day with Harper’s Bazaar. She starts the day with porridge topped with brown sugar, bananas, and blueberries. Lunch is usually a big salad with grilled chicken, grilled cod, or stuffed eggplant: “Something light that doesn’t weigh me down too much.” On set, that salad includes a salad with tomatoes, cucumber, canned tuna, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and an apple.

Usually, dinner is another salad, with a main dish of fish, white meat, or “just a regular filet mignon."

Of course, Catherine has a sweet tooth, and she loves Cadbury chocolate. “I’m not a big snacker, except for anything chocolate,” she said. “For me, chocolate is a real treat. I deserve it. It’s a British brand that I was brought up with and it’s very comforting."
