Carys Zeta Douglas has escaped to warmer climates for the holidays.

And when there’s warm weather, you need the proper attire—in this case, a brown plunging bikini top.

In the fresh-faced selfie posted on Instagram, the daughter of Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas glowed as she posed, looking off into the distance and letting her natural curls cascade over her shoulders.

The second photo in the slideshow gave a glimpse into the luxurious vacation accommodations, which someone claimed to be located in Kerala in the South India region, though that was never confirmed by Carys. She even gave insight into her holiday read, Kahil Gibran's “The Prophet,” in the third slide.

Zeta-Jones immediately hopped into the comments to compliment her daughter, writing, “Love you sweetheart ❤️” while many fans couldn’t help but remark about how much the 20-year-old resembled her mom when she was younger.

“Beautiful genetics,” one fan wrote about the woman’s inherited beauty, as another added “just like her mother,” and even more variations of “you’re gorgeous” poured in.

It’s a rare post from Carys, who typically leads a pretty private life, and last posted selfies with her brother, Dylan Douglas, on social media about four weeks ago.

In fact, whenever Carys makes an appearance on social or on a red carpet, it’s a treat for fans, like earlier this year at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

Carys joined her parents for the outing, putting on an elegant display in a white lace gown, which boldly contrasted the Wednesday actress’ daring, blood-red ensemble.

In addition to good genetics, talent clearly runs in the Zeta-Jones-Douglas family, as Carys has been pursuing a career in music, previously sharing her rendition of the song "Shallow" from the movie A Star Is Born, originally sung by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, leaving her mom—and fans—in “awe.”
