What is The Morning Show about?
The Morning Show follows top, cutthroat co-host Alexandra “Alex” Levy (Jennifer Aniston) who tries to climb and stay at the top. In the first season, it was all about Alex trying to balance her work life, despite the impulsive new anchor Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) stealing the show. In the second season, the network tries to get Alex back into the news game during the COVID-19 pandemic; all the while Bradley has a huge identity crisis.
As for the upcoming third season, according to Apple TV+, “the future of the network is thrown into question and loyalties are pushed to the brink when a tech titan takes an interest in UBA. Unexpected alliances form, private truths are weaponized, and everyone is forced to confront their core values both in and out of the newsroom.”
