Cat Discovers He Loves Pancakes in Totally Irresistible Video
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day,' and we think Gordon the orange cat finally understands why. He got a whiff of his owner's pancakes for the very first time, and now he's unlocked a new love.
Honestly--we totally get it! Pancakes are worth begging for 100% of the time, and @gordonthetalkingcat has his game face on. This hungry kitty takes his breakfast seriously!

Oh, Gordon! Your mom is so lucky to have you as a breakfast buddy, so the least she could do is give you a bite. In the meantime, though, we're glad she got the adorable moment on camera!
We smiled from ear to ear when we read commenter @kelssasaurusrex's suggestion: "He needs his own plate of itty bitty pancakes. Clearly, he’s STARVING." Obviously! He took the time to hop up on the table and wait so patiently--he must need those flapjacks. This talkative cat is even trying to convince his mama to share!
"He sounds like a pigeon," wrote @iraiosip. OMG--he totally does. Now that we've read that, we'll never unhear the sound. He's literally cooing for a bit of pancake, and it's heart-meltingly cute. How could his mom ever resist?
Good news! The ingredients in pancakes are all safe for cats to eat, so Gordon's mom doesn't have to worry about sharing a bite. There is a catch, though--most adult cats are actually lactose intolerant! Pancake additions like butter might upset a kitty's stomach, so keep a piece plain if you're planning on sharing. The same goes for maple syrup--skip it, please!
Luckily for this orange cat, his mama knew just what to do.
