With the COVID-19 pandemic, so many of our favorite movie and TV show casts are getting back together for some fun, but there's no way anyone could have guessed that The Parent Trap crew would reunite.

Lindsay Lohan, Dennis Quaid, Elaine Hendrix, Lisa Ann Walter and Simon Kunz along with the film's writer and director Nancy Meyers and writer and producer Charles Shyer got together with Katie Couric for the legendary reunion.

Lindsay opened up about how the movie had a lot of firsts for her and her career.

"I was so young and it was just so fresh for me. It was my first movie audition. My first screen test," she said. "My first time in front of people like Nancy and Charles and on a soundstage. So I was just like a kid...and was really excited."

She also noted that the tone on set changed depending on whether she was playing Hallie or Annie.

"I feel like almost people treated me differently when I was Annie. 'Cause Annie was so much nicer and Hallie was kind of like me."

The cast also talked about Natasha Richardson, who played Liz James, Hallie and Annie's mother. The actress died back in 2009 after a skiing accident.

"Natasha had such an elegance and grace and she was so maternal to me," Linday said.

"She was somebody so giving and so glad to be there. [She] transmitted that joy of being able to do what we do. It just made everything that much better," Dennis Quaid said.
