From Women's Health

  • Marrying Millions comes from the creators of 90 Day Fiancé and premieres on Lifetime Wednesday at 10:00pm.

  • The show follows six couples in love, but who come from very different financial backgrounds.

  • One couple has a 40-year age difference and much much bigger gap in net worth.

From Bachelor In Paradise to Love Island, the field of reality TV is wide—and apparently, filled with romance—this summer. So, crank up the AC and prepare to log some serious screen time because here's one more show to your must-watch list: Marrying Millions. The new reality series, from the creators of 90 Day Fiancé, premieres tonight on Lifetime at 10 p.m. ET, and the premise is ripe for drama.

According to Lifetime, "Regular people are whisked off their feet and plunged into a high-end life of riches, extravagant experiences, and glamorous trips around the globe." What could possibly go wrong? (It's a reality show, so everything.)

Like 90 Day Fiancé, the series will follow six couples who are already in love and heading for the altar... well, maybe. The kicker is that they come from completely different worlds—one member of each couple is wealthy, while the other is, uh, not. So, can love overcome the odds of wage (and age) gaps? Only time will tell.

Bill, 60, is the founder and president of Dunhill Partners Inc., according to D Magazine. It's a commercial real estate company with investments worth billions. Still, he won't share his exact net worth, but you can use your imagination. He's also been divorced twice, per his Lifetime bio.

Brianna, 21, was a hostess at Blue Mesa Grill in Dallas, per Paper City Magazine. The two met at the restaurant and began dating when she was 18 years old. Now, Bill wants to bring her into his world, but is concerned she may not be ready. According to their Lifetime bio, "these two couldn’t be more in love with one another."

Katie, 37, has been through a very public divorce from professional baseball player and former Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton. Katie says her net worth is $10 million in the Lifetime teaser video.

Kolton, 23, is an aspiring hip-hop artist—emphasis on "aspiring." He does have a single out, titled Bad at Love, but so far has no Youtube subscribers.

Just in case you're curious (which, you know you are), here's his track:

Katie met him through her 18-year-old daughter. Yep, you guessed it—Kolton is one of her daughter's friends. They've only been together for a few months, but there's already drama, and Katie's friends and family are concerned.

Gentille is a real estate investor in Las Vegas, per her Lifetime bio. When she's not buying and selling extravagant homes, she's busy enjoying a similar lifestyle herself with a net worth around $15 million. On the personal front, she considers her friends as family.

In a different part of the housing market, Brian works in construction and has blue-collar roots from Minnesota. He lives paycheck-to-paycheck, and Gentille still doesn't know where he lives exactly, according to Lifetime promos. (Which, how?) His internet footprint remains a mystery as well.

The couple met when Gentille hired Brian to work on a construction project. He charmed her, and they started dating.

Drew and Rosie

Drew owns a construction and landscaping company, which has made him a multi-millionaire, according to his Lifetime bio. He is divorced and lives in Cleveland.

Rosie is a recent college graduate and still lives with her parents, who are against their relationship. But that doesn't bother Rosie, since Drew spoils her with fancy dinners and gifts.

How they met exactly is a bit of a mystery for now, though Rosie says if her family found out, they would definitely not accept their relationship. Will that tea be spilled sometime this season? Fingers crossed.

Shawn, 29, is an entrepreneur and rapper from Palm Springs. He also happens to be a millionaire after working in tech. Despite making it big, he still has ambitious career goals and is uncertain about marriage, according to the couple's Lifetime bio.

Kate, 33, grew up simply. Now, however, she enjoys the lavish gifts and lifestyle Shawn provides.

Btw, this isn't the couple's first reality TV experience. They appeared on Make Up or Break Up in 2017, per USA Today's Desert Sun. Shawn also previously appeared on shows on ABC, Bravo, MTV, and ABC Family.

Now, she is a model represented by Elite Models, according to her Instagram bio. Megan has worked with makeup brands, including Bare Minerals and Absolute New York. She's a vegan, too.

More than six years ago, Megan applied for a job at Sean’s company and came in to interview. She ended up leaving because he was 15 minutes late, according to their Lifetime bio.

Obviously, they did finally connect. Sean found her on Facebook and, after a year and half, convinced her to go on a date with him. Since then, they've been together for five years and share a son. If all goes well during the first season of Marrying Millions, their next step could be down the aisle.
