Life may be rich for the Duttons on Yellowstone, but things were a little rougher for their ancestors before they settled in Montana. That's the story that the new Yellowstone prequel show 1883 sets out to tell, following the Duttons of the past on their journey to found their iconic ranch. But just because they live on the dusty trail, it doesn't mean that the real life actors who play the Dutton progenitors don't know how to get glammed up for the red carpet.
