Cassandra Dawn Is Making Quite A Splash On 'Selling Sunset' Season 7

The hit Netflix reality show Selling Sunset has introduced quite a number of new faces over the past few years, and season 7 is no exception. The new batch of episodes, which dropped on Nov. 3, turns a new page in the O Group history books. And the cast definitely looks a little bit different. For starters, OGs like Heather Rae El Moussa, Maya Vander, Davina, and Christine Quinn are no longer showing up like they used to, which means there’s a casting hole to fill. Enter newbie agent Cassandra Dawn.
Cassandra shows up to mix and mingle with the cast midway through the season, and presents herself as a potential new agent. That said, she’s not exactly making a ton of friends with the other ladies. Bre Tiesi, for one, seems to have quite a lot of beef with her. But who is Cassandra and what’s her deal?

Who is Cassandra Dawn?
Cassandra Dawn is a real estate agent from a rival brokerage who shows up at a broker's open and meets the Selling Sunset crew in Cabo. She used to be an art dealer, modeled, and was a bottle girl at a club at one point.
In season 7, she meets the cast while the O Group office is checking out the new Cabo office with Jason and Brett Oppenheim. Cassandra immediately hits it off with Chelsea Lazkani, but... not so much with the other gals.
Cassandra initially introduces herself to the group as a friend of Bre Tiesi, but Bre is adamant that the two don't actually know each other.
Then later, at a club in Cabo, Cassandra joins the gals (much to Bre's chagrin) and starts to ask all the women if they're married. Bre, who is famously in an open relationship with Nick Cannon and shares baby Legend with him, is obviously a little peeved about this line of inquiry.
Once they get back to LA, Chelsea sets up a meeting between Cassandra and Jason and Brett to try to get her to come work for the Oppenheim Group.
Who is her husband?
Cassandra’s husband is John Repstad, and he gave her a big old engagement ring which she shows off to the girls on the beach. He occasionally shows up in her Instagrams:
John is a senior director at Realty Advisory Group, where he specializes in the acquisition/disposition and leasing of industrial and office properties as well as investment sales, per his official bio.
Where does she work?
When Cassandra first meets the gals, she says she works for Christie's luxury real estate team, but it's not clear if she still works there.
On her Instagram profile, her bio says that she’s in “LA/Miami real estate.” She also has an email address on her profile that goes to Revel Real Estate, which is an upscale agency that says it serves Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Miami.
BTW, Cassandra is listed on the Revel Real Estate’s team list as “Cassandra Repstad" not Cassandra Dawn.
She also used to work in luxury art sales, which means her rolodex of rich clients is quite long already, and she knows how to sell luxury items.
What’s her net worth?
It’s not clear. Luxury real estate is a big industry, and there’s a wide range in how much people make in the field. That said, Cassandra wears a massive engagement ring that her hubs gave her, which is probably worth a fortune. So, I'd say she's doing pretty well for herself.
She’s a former Playboy Playmate.
Like Heather, Cassandra was once a Playboy Playmate. A profile from her June 2018 shoot calls her “equal parts introspective and exuberant.”
“I didn’t have an easy life growing up,” she said. “I was on my own at a really young age and working full-time at 16. Not because I had to; it was purely by choice.”
Why does Bre have beef with Cassandra?
It’s not totally clear, but Bre does make it very obvious that she’s not into Cassandra. One thing she mentions is that she doesn’t like that Cassandra said she was her friend when Bre felt like she doesn’t know her.
