Carversteak's Opus Continues With Epic Opus One Wine Dinner On January 11th

A premier one-night-only dining experience is less than a week away on the strip in Las Vegas! One of the most coveted wines hailing from Napa Valley will be on display in its grace and elegance with a classic yet inventive prix fixe food menu fashioned to highlight pairing perfection.

Carver Road Hospitality's award-winning Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas presents a rare opportunity for food and wine enthusiasts on January 11th when wines from the prestigious Opus One Winery are paired with dishes created by Chef Daniel Ontiveros. This elevated dining experience features five courses, each thoughtfully paired by Carversteak's Master Sommelier Lindsey Geddes.

A total of five different Opus One wines will be served, including the 99-point 2019 and the 96-point 2010. “We are excited to showcase one of the United States most iconic wineries in the elevated atmosphere at Carversteak," said Geddes. "We will guide guests through a series of classic Opus One vintage wines such as the classic highly rated 2012 & 2010, complemented with a bespoke five course menu created by our Chef Daniel Ontiveros.”
