Carvel Welcomes Winter With Holiday Deals and Treats Inspired by Festive Kit Kat Flavors

It's never too cold for ice cream.

Carvel is delivering all the holiday deals and deliciousness this winter season! 

Carvel introduced new flavors of ice cream and frozen treats to its menu this week that are inspired by Kit Kat Duos chocolate bars and will only be available for a limited time, according to a press release shared directly with Parade.

Frozen treat fanatics will have the choice between two delicious Sundae Dasher options that feature Carvel's signature mint or strawberry soft serve. Each sundae will be layered with bites of crushed-up Kit Kats and delicious chocolatey hot fudge.

These two tasty treats resulted from Carvel teaming up with the Kit Kat Duos culinary team as they captured the delicious flavor of the Duo's chocolate bar in the form of a festive frozen treat. 

"The holidays are a time of celebration, and we want to give fans a way to CARVELebrate all of the season's special moments and traditions," stated Carvel's vice president of marketing, Jessica Osborne. "Mint is a quintessential winter flavor, and it's one of our top-selling flavors year-round. We've also seen a lasting love for strawberry, a flavor Carvel fans have been enjoying this year following our Strawberry Crunchies launch."

Other delicious treats in the ice cream brand's winter lineup include:

  • Strawberry Flying Saucer: Strawberry soft serve sandwiched between two Flying Saucer chocolate wafers.

  • Mint Flying Saucer: Mint soft serve sandwiched between two Flying Saucer chocolate wafers.

  • Strawberry Soft Serve: Strawberry blended with creamy Carvel ice cream.

  • Mint Soft Serve: Mint blended with creamy Carvel ice cream. 

These new strawberry and mint variations are available at participating Carvel shops for pickup or delivery via the Carvel website or through any food delivery platforms. 

Aside from the franchise's limited-edition winter flavors, fans will also have the opportunity to treat themselves and their loved ones this holiday season. 

Anyone who purchases $25 in Carvel gift cards before Dec. 31 will earn a $5 Carvel Reward Card available for redemption from Jan. 1, 2023, through Feb. 28, 2023, at participating locations.
