Fans didn't hold back when it came to Underwood's latest look.
Carrie Underwood glittered on the red carpet at the CMT Music Awards on April 2.
The country singer hit the Austin-based awards show in a Dolce & Gabbana rhinestone jacket and shorts, which showed off her extremely toned legs.
The day after the event, Underwood took to Instagram to share her thoughts on the event, as well as a closer look at her red carpet ensemble.

In the caption, Underwood wrote, "I had a great time last night at the #CMTAwards … here’s some pics to prove it! ☺️ Thanks to everyone who voted! I want you to know that I saw you guys and how hard you were all working…it really meant a lot!!! ❤️😘❤️ #Blessed #HateMyHeart #Austin #Texas."

However, the singer's fans focused less on the momentous occasion and more on her fit frame, as they shared their opinions on her glittery outfit and her muscular legs in the comments.
Quite a few people commented something along the lines of, "#LegGoals 🙌🏼," "Best legs in the business! I’m so jealous! Lol," and "Those legs are surely registered WEAPONS ~ WOW!!!"
Others complained about her legs being too muscular, like one person who wrote, "I know she works hard for those legs, but sometimes people take it to extremes, maybe do some calf raises."
"Too many leg days," said another.
A different comment read, "She is beautiful but is she going into a body building competition? Those legs are a little much!"

Overall, it seems like the fans were mainly positive, praising the star for her talent and complimenting her look. In fact, one fan wrote to Underwood, "To anyone making negative comments about her legs, I’m gonna need you to post a picture of your legs along with your jealous comments. 👊💪Keep shining bright babe 🌟."
Underwood also shared a photo from her stage look, which featured glittery black shorts, a bustier, and a jacket covered in red hearts, which she wore while performing her song, "Hate My Heart."
