ICYMI, Carrie Underwood just rocked her recent performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. And she did it while sporting some iconic short shorts with chains that highlighted her epic, strong legs.

The 39-year-old singer posted a snippet of the performance to Instagram, and fans were freaking out: "THE OUTFIT 😍😍😍 how do I recreate," one asked. "THOSE SHORTSSS😍," another echoed. And one fan summed up everyone's thoughts: "Queen 🌈👑👑🌈đŸŒč." Carrie, you've really outdone yourself this time.

Her stellar performance on Jimmy Fallon and the stylish 'fit only furthered everyone's excitement about her upcoming tour.

In other words, Carrie is incredibly dedicated to her training. And she's especially consistent with her leg workouts (no surprise there!). Carrie is in the gym almost every day, even when she's on the road, her trainer Eve Overland told Shape.

"Working out and staying healthy is just a way of life for Carrie. It is who she is, what she does," Overland told Shape. "Carrie understands that staying strong, mobile, and conditioned is so important in all aspects of her life, on and off the stage."

Carrie understands that working out is an outlet. It's "self-care and her me time," her trainer explained.

They work together on toning the upper and lower body simultaneously. One session might feature chest presses and tricep extensions, as well as hamstring curls and deadlifts to work the muscle groups together. "This approach has contributed to her amazing strength as well as sculpted physique," Overland said.

In preparation for her big workouts, Carrie enjoys a tofu or an egg-white scramble with berries, toast, and coffee, per E! News. A typical day's meals include a sandwich with Tofurky for lunch, and vegan chicken with roasted veggies or tofu stir-fry for dinner.

Carrie ends her day with a glass of red wine and an episode of the Bachelor, she told Women's Health. "It's good for my heart, right?!" Correct!
