Carrie Underwood did not come to play in 2024, and she's kicking the new year off with a bang. As Carrie continues her REFLECTION residency at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas while keeping up with her other various business ventures and responsibilities, she has to stay in tip-top shape to make it all happen. Carrie has always been adamant about keeping up a good workout routine and implementing healthy habits into her everyday life. Following her passion for health and fitness, Carrie released her own activewear brand, CALIA, released her New York Times bestseller Find Your Path, and launched her own fitness app, fit52. With activewear, motivation, and a guide for workout and meals, there's only one thing missing: workout music!

In June of last year, Carrie launched "Carrie's Country," her own radio channel on SiriusXM which showcases music by Carrie and her other favorite artists. This year, Carrie is combining her music channel with her love for health and fitness with her new SiriusXM channel: "Carr-dio by Carrie's Country." "Carr-dio" will play upbeat workout music with fitness advice from Carrie in between, all exclusively on the SiriusXM app. "One of the easiest ways to spice up a workout is with music,” Carrie said. “If you find the right jam and you get into it and you can dance in between sets and have a good time with it … Listen to music that makes you happy or pumps you up, and go for it!”

You can also stream "Carr-dio" on channel 105 from January 5th until the 8th on SiriusXM. If you have some fitness goals for the new year, what better way to achieve them than with good music and motivation from queen Carrie herself?! "My workout mantra is, ‘Just go!’ It doesn’t have to be some epic, awesome workout every single day. Just get in there. You will not be sorry,” Carrie added. “You will not be disappointed in yourself if you do workout, but you might be disappointed in yourself if you don’t. So get in there, get moving, whatever your best is for the day, give it!”

Carrie's 2024 is already off to an eventful start, and we can't wait to see what she does next!
