Carrie Underwood's Arms Are Giving 'Thor' A Run For Her Money In This Vid
  • Carrie Underwood has shown everyone just how strong she is with her onstage vocals, and now, she's putting her super-jacked arms on display, too.

  • The singer, 39, shared some behind-the-scenes videos from her tour rehearsals where she's wearing a sleeveless shirt and looking super strong.

  • While Carrie loves leg day, she also makes time to incorporate upper body workouts into her intense routines.


Carrie Underwood is gearing up for her major 43-city Denim & Rhinestones Tour, and she has been doing tons of prep work for it. The "Ghost Story" singer, 39, is kicking off her tour on Oct. 15, and just released her latest single, "Hate My Heart," as a little teaser.

In a new Instagram video, Carrie shared some behind-the-scenes footage of herself and the band practicing the song for tour, which shows her rocking a black tank top, leggings and sneakers. It's hard to miss her mega-sculpted arms, too.

"So excited to rock out to my next single 'Hate My Heart' LIVE on tour starting this Saturday! This was such a fun song to create with @ifiwerehillarylindsey, @garciaofficial, and @hardy! #DenimAndRhinestonesTour 💜💎," she captioned the post.

Fans are already jazzed about the single, with one commenting, "MY FAVORITE SONG EVER." And several people just left Carrie endless fire emojis.

Carrie is one dedicated boss lady when it comes to her workouts, and the results are evident. (Want to try Carrie's workout for 30 days? Carrie's personal trainer, Eve Overland, CPT, goes on the road with Carrie when she's is on tour, and they work out every day together for about 90 minutes.

"Even though the touring life is high demand and schedules are crazy, we have a set routine and can guarantee that time together," Overland told WH. " Carrie prioritizes her time to work out. That is her 'me time' to do something she truly enjoys and to start her day on a positive note."

Overland added that Carrie is game to push herself to the limits during their workouts together, which often incorporate both upper body and lower body exercises."Carrie is always up for a challenge," she said. "She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine."

For her upper body and arms, Carrie is all about the biceps, incorporating dumbbell bicep curls, hammer curls, bent-over rows, and more. She also does up-down planks, pull-ups and renegade rows.

As much as she works her arms, one of Carrie's fave workouts is leg day, and she shared her exact leg workout on Instagram, which includes alternating glute kickbacks, static lunges, sumo squats with pulses, and plié squats. Here's the evidence:

And of course, Carrie loves to inspire others. Last month, she hosted a large workout event in collaboration with Body Armor where she led a HIIT class where she got super sweaty.

As for nutrition, Carrie told WH that as a longtime vegetarian, she eats a lot of veggies and tofu. But she also considers herself a "wannabe vegan," and tries to eat that way most of the time, which means her meals also include vegan chicken and Tofurkey sandwiches.

Carrie is also big on gardening and growing her own produce, and she recently shared a hilarious video on her Instagram making fun of her obsession and showing off her impressive garden.
