  • Carrie Underwood, 39, just took the stage at the CMA Festival on June 12, and her legs look stronger than ever.

  • The singer has a structured diet, is currently a vegetarian, but claims to be a "wannabe vegan."

  • Romanian deadlifts, walking lungs, and sumo squats are just some of the exercises that make up her work out routine.

Carrie Underwood just performed at the Country Music Association (CMA) Festival, and spoiler alert: she is strong as hell.

The “Church Bells” singer took the stage the night of June 12 after the release of her new album, Denim & Rhinestones, two days earlier. But her songs weren’t the only thing she was showing off.

During her performance she wore black denim shorts, a black and red tank top, and, of course, silver thigh-high cowboy boots. First of all, I’m going to need a list of where she shops for her clothes.

Second, her legs look stronger than ever, with each muscle in her thighs seemingly defined—can she drop the leg day routine in addition to the list of her favorite stores? Additionally, her arms are super toned, holding the microphone as she sings, striking several poses, which can be seen in the nine photos she posted to an Instagram carousel on June 12.

“We had so much fun last night at #CMAFest!” she wrote in the caption. “So much energy in that crowd! Hope you all are having fun in our fine city! Thanks for coming out to party!”

Naturally, her followers went crazy. “You SLAYED queen 👑✨,” one follower wrote, while another commented, “You’re such a rock star. 🔥”

The 39-year-old singer and author (did you know she wrote her first book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life in 2020?) prioritizes her health in her daily routine. A vegetarian and “wannabe vegan,” her diet is pretty structured, but she still allows herself to have a slice of cake sometimes, she told WH in 2020. She tracks her food (including macros) on the app MyFitnessPal, and said she aims for 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein.

Her workout routine, on the other hand, completely depends upon her schedule, so she doesn’t have a set amount of days she plans to work out. However, she does work out with her personal trainer, Eve, who travels with her on the road. “My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me,” she told WH.

Underwood credits Eve for her sculpted legs and love of lifting. “I swear I use butt muscles to hit notes sometimes,” she says. Well, Carrie, I can tell…*cue heart-eye emoji*.

A few of her moves include tuck jumps, Romanian deadlifts, walking lungs, and sumo squats—and don’t forget about the dumbbells she uses to elevate the intensity. She also loves to run when the weather is pleasant and creatively uses the treadmill when it’s not. Plus, it helps that Underwood loves to work out with her husband, former NHL player Mike Fisher. #RelationshipGoals, am I right?

Well, everything she’s doing is clearly working very effectively, and I’m taking notes. I see you, Carrie.
