Carrie Underwood Was Caught Giving Side-Eye During Luke Bryan’s Aaron Rodgers Joke at the CMAs

Luke Bryan hosted the 2021 CMAs last night and wasted no time making a joke about Aaron Rodgers during his opening monologue. "Whatever makes you country," Luke said, "You are welcome here tonight. Rest assured, we’re following all the health protocols to keep everyone safe, and it is so great to be here with all my fellow artists—tested and together. Or immunized? Who is it? Just playing.”

The camera then cut to Carrie Underwood, who was caught giving major side-eye. Which is noteworthy since Carrie's husband, Mike Fisher, defended Aaron on Instagram ahead of the show, writing in part “I stand with @aaronrodgers12” along with scientifically inaccurate misinformation. But yeah, Carrie liked his post so it's clear how she feels about this whole Aaron Rodgers saga.

In case you haven't been following, Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19 after lying about his vaccination status and claiming he was "immunized" even though he was not (putting his own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of his teammates, at risk in the process). Aaron has been fined $14,650 for violating the NFL's coronavirus protocols.
