  • Carrie Underwood is once again blessing her fans with BTS pics from her performances.

  • The 39-year-old country singer took to Instagram to show off her epically sculpted legs in cut-off jean shorts at her concert in London.

  • Carrie brings her fitness regimen on the road, and yes, that includes her personal trainer, a treadmill, dumbbells, and more.

Carrie Underwood performed twice in London over the weekend with one of her favorite bands, Guns N' Roses, and she brought out her super toned legs and big, wavy, 80s hair for the shows. The "Jesus Take The Wheel" singer, 39, posted pics on her Instagram, showing off her strong legs in cut-off jean shorts with a rhinestone fringe, along with a corset top and cowboy boots.

"1988 called and it wants its hair back. I said no. #gunsnroses #London🇬🇧 #80sHairDontCare #NiceGirlsDontPlayRockNRoll," she captioned the pics.

And her famous friends and followers are loving it. The fire emojis simply knew no end.

Fellow country singer Kelsea Ballerini commented, "🔥🔥🔥🔥," and Jessie James Decker wrote, "Hot🔥🔥🔥🔥." Plus, her hubby Mike Fisher commented, "😍". So like, yes, everyone loves Carrie.

Carrie's legs have been getting plenty of work while she celebrates her new album release, Denim & Rhinestones. And she's always doing plenty of leg work in the gym, whether she at home or on the road. And while Carrie doesn’t have a strict number of days that she sets aside for workouts, she travels with her personal trainer, Eve, who helps her stay disciplined on the road. “My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me,” she told WH in 2020.

Carrie also has a mobile gym that comes along with her, and shared some snaps of the mobile gym, which includes an elliptical, a treadmill, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, a cable machine, leg press, and bench. (She also gets in sweat with her husband, Mike Fisher, a former NHL player).

And for extra work, she also has fun with bodyweight challenges, like this one involving bottle of Body Armor and pushups.

As for her diet, Carrie is a vegetarian and “wannabe vegan,” but tries to eat balanced and healthy. She tracks her food (including macros) on the app MyFitnessPal, and said she aims for 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein.

And that also means the occasional glass of white wine.

Carrie clearly has her balance figured out!
