The 'Dancing With the Stars' judge is focused on 'healing' after her recent health issues.

Carrie Ann Inaba updated fans on her recovery following a recent health issue that landed her in the hospital late last month.

The Dancing With the Stars judge took to Instagram to share that she is home and on the road to recovery after receiving an emergency appendectomy in March.

She posted a video to thank her fans for their kind words, stating, "I am so grateful for all of you, for all of the messages. I read all of them and I want to respond but then I also get really sleepy."

"I've been healing, and I kind of do this thing where I'm up for four hours and like feeling good and then zonked out. It's part of the healing process. It's sort of a windy road and I never know what's coming next but I've decided to just surrender to it and go for broke with this healing process," Inaba, 55, said of her recovery.

"But I really wanted to thank you all for the messages of support. They touched me deeply, and I do believe everything is energy," she continued. "I do believe they helped me heal. When you send good thoughts towards people, it's energy, and that energy is transported and it shapes other people's energy, and when we spread that kind of love, it's very powerful."

She concluded the video by saying she would post a follow-up video about what she learned throughout the process and would share some insight into her symptoms so other people don't make the same mistakes she did.

Inaba–who is diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, including Sjögren's Syndrome and Lupus–previously pleaded with fans not to make the same mistake she did by waiting too long to seek medical treatment after first experiencing abdominal pain.

"Appendicitis attacks happen suddenly and seemingly out of nowhere," the dancer and choreographer wrote alongside a video of her in a hospital bed. "And when you are in that much pain, the last thing you want to do is go anywhere. And when you have autoimmune disease, you are often having strange health occurrences that no one can explain or help you with so sometimes, you try to wait it out, like I did. I was wrong."

We're wishing her a speedy recovery!
