Cardi B Meets a Superfan in This 'Saturday Night Live' Sketch, And Her Reaction Is Priceless

'SNL' did a sketch where cast member Aidy Bryant turns into Cardi B superfan Aidy B, and it's as hilarious as it sounds.

This week's Saturday Night Live hit close to home—not only with its parody Nike leggings commercial (yes, they are ideal for eating lazy Sunday delivery, thankyouverymuch), but also with its imagining of what happens when Cardi B meets a superfan.

Who among us would turn down a chance to meet Bardi? The rapper, as you might remember from her epic pregnancy reveal, was the musical guest on last night's episode. And cast member Aidy Bryant has an appropriate level of chill (that being none) about meeting Cardi. And in typical SNL form, things didn't exactly go according to plan—but they were commemorated in a hilarious sketch.

The clip kicks off with Bryant and two other female cast members raving about Cardi's just-dropped album, Invasion of Privacy. Aidy decides that she should be more like Bardi. And she starts by shortening her name, going simply as "Aidy B," before going on to adopt the rapper's gloriously jubilant fashion sense and penchant for profanity, which is unleashed upon her coworkers.

As her transformation escalates, Aidy B. starts to really weird out not just the cast members, but also the show's host, Black Panther's Chadwick Boseman, which yields this glorious interaction:

When she finally—finally!—gets the opportunity to meet Cardi B. herself... well, things escalate. And Bardi pretty much had none of it (which is a shame, because Aidy B. had some pretty good song ideas to share—could be good for the remix).
