Like, if this isn't the most mermaid-inspired outfit, IDK what is. I mean, she literally has pearls on her head! And it looks amazing! Who else can pull that off?!

Apparently, her couture gown is from Mugler and dates back to 1995.

The outfit featured a sheer bodysuit, opera-length lilac gloves, and fabric resembling a clamshell opening around Cardi to *really* get the oceanic vibes across.
