Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson Had a Snuggle Session After Chanel's Show
Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson were first rumored to be dating last May. Today, after nearly a year of keeping their relationship off of social media, Benson and Delevingne appeared snuggly on Instagram in a shot posted by a friend. The two cuddled on stylist Jamie Mizrahi's Instagram after Karl Lagerfeld's final Chanel show. "Post show cuddle," Mizrahi wrote. This shot is the closest the two have gotten to making their relationship Instagram official:
Delevingne and Benson have appeared together on Instagrams they've posted before. Benson posted their very first Instagram together last May, just a selfie of them:
But the two have never shown affection in shots on the social media platform. While Mizrahi's photo is the first like that on Instagram, it is not the most affectionate the two have ever been photographed being. The two were photographed kissing in Heathrow Airport last August. That was the shot outlets widely saw as relationship confirmation at the time.
Relationship updates on Benson and Delevingne are rare, but in October, Us Weekly got a little intel on how things were going between the two. The outlet reported at the time that Benson was "very happy" with Delevingne.
"This is the first girl she’s ever dated,” Us's source says. “This relationship with Cara is the first time she’s been in a healthy relationship, and she feels as if it’s really easy with her.” Delevingne and Benson first met on the set of Her Smell, which both actresses are in, the outlet pointed out.
