Car Smashes Into Lake Tahoe Cannabis Dispensary
A runaway car slammed into a cannabis dispensary on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Nevada on Tuesday, August 2, according to the local sheriff’s office.
Security footage captured the moment the vehicle smashed through the front windows of NuLeaf LakeTahoe Dispensary in Incline Village.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Incline Village Substation said the car belonged to an elderly woman who failed to put the car in park at a shopping center across from the dispensary.
“The vehicle rolled backwards, turned around 180 degrees and rolled down the shopping center driveway and across Highway 28 before smashing through the front windows of the dispensary,” the sheriff’s office said.
