• In a new Instagram video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) forces a bright orange lipoma out of a patient's forearm.
• The fatty growth bursts out with a satisfying pop.
• Lipomas are clumps of fat cells that form under the skin.

What's arguably more moving than watching a baby human enter the world? Watching Dr. Pimple Popper birth a giant lipoma from a patient's arm, of course.

In a new Instagram video posted Tuesday, dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-takes care of a fatty growth bulging out from a patient's forearm. She starts by making an incision over the bump, revealing what looks like an egg yolk lurking under the skin. With a little squeezing, the orange lipoma pops right out in one piece-a very satisfying pop, if you ask us!

Apparently, not everyone was as thrilled about the extraction as we were.

"Lipomas are not interesting to watch," one commenter wrote. "I like the white creamy cyst ones that squeeze out. This is just a blob of fat." (This person should check out Dr. Pimple Popper's recent inflamed cyst video.)

What is a lipoma?

A lipoma is a lump under the skin caused by an overgrowth of fat cells, according to Medical News Today. It's still unclear why some people get lipomas, but genetics, other existing medical conditions, and injuries could play a role. You don't necessarily have to remove a lipoma, but may want to if it meets certain criteria.
