It may be a brand new year, but Candace Cameron Bure is still ramping up her fitness routines and showing everyone how it's done. The 47-year-old star recently shared two new videos on Instagram that show her crushing some intense full body moves from her longtime trainer, Kira Stokes.

On January 4, Candace shared a glimpse of her workout by demonstrating her "move of the day" from Stokes' programmed workout app. In the video, the mom of three places her hands and knees on a yoga mat before lowering her body to the ground in a modified push up before pushing back up and stretching her body back into her heels.

"Here is my MOVE OF THE DAY compliments of the @kirastokesfit app 💪🏼…I’m calling it the stealth panther 🐆😂," she wrote in the caption.

As always, Candace made the tricky move look like it barely took any energy at all, and her followers were quick to notice and congratulate her.

"You make this look easy and then I know I’ll get on the floor and try and do it, and I’ll do it, but the narrator of my life will say 'she was wrong— it was not in fact easy' 💪🏼💪🏼," one person commented. Another wrote: "This looks hard but you make it look easy!!! I wanna try this one 😍❤️." And a third thanked her for the video and "the motivation to move!"

Of course, Candace's 2024 workouts with Stokes didn't stop there. On Tuesday, the actress reposted more videos of her "on-the-road" workouts with Stokes. In the clips, Candace can be seen doing single-arm dumbbell bent-over rows, close grip presses, and a bear crawl, which targeted her core, back, triceps, lats, and biceps. Phew!

The Fuller House actress's longtime personal trainer, and it seems like they have a pretty good time together in addition to getting getting strong and sweaty. Candace shared this video of their "party trick" which consists of a handstand finisher during an in-person training session.

Candace told her followers that she makes it a priority to get her body moving throughout the week, "even if it’s only once or twice a week while traveling for 30 minutes." She explained that she'll use whatever she has around her to get her workout done, even if it's just her body and a water bottle.

In an interview with Eating Well, Candace shared a bit more about her specific routines (you know, the ones she does when she's not sweating it out with Stokes in the gym). For starters, she prioritizes taking long walks. "The secret is doing the type of exercise I actually enjoy so it doesn't feel like a chore," she said. "I also love social walks or hikes with a friend."

That's not all she does, though. Candace also gets her sweat with a few different workouts: Pilates, running, and HIIT exercises, per Prevention.

And with all those long, hard workouts, Candace makes sure to feed and nourish her body with healthy ingredients. She tries to limit how much processed food she's eating, and often opts for things like matcha, tuna, veggies and chicken, per Eating Well.

You go, Candace!
