  • Candace Cameron Bure shared videos on her Instagram story of her arm, butt, and leg workouts in a session with celebrity trainer, Kira Stokes.

  • The star loves working out for her mental health, and the endorphins from movement boost her mood.

  • When it comes to her diet, she typically eats a bowl of whole grains, veggies, and lean proteins, like seafood or chicken, for lunch and dinner.

Candace Cameron Bure, 47, is working on her buns of steel, and she's taking her IG fam along with her. The Full House alum looks seriously strong in her latest workout videos, as she squats low and does a slew of impressive moves with her personal trainer.

The Fuller House actress often boasts about using Kira Stokes’ fitness app, but the gals got a rare chance to train in person this week. Based on both of their Instagram stories, it looks like they really got their sweat on.

After a big hug hello, the ladies got straight to work with a set of squats. Candace holds on to a weighted cable pulley as she squats down. On her press-up, she pulls the weight into her chest, making this one heck of a compound exercise.

Then, Candace launches right into a set of squat pulses and isometric holds. These moves work lower body endurance, she wrote in the text.

Next, the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries star does bent-over single-arm rows with a dumbbell, lifting her leg in the air. This exercise focuses on her back and core stability and strength, Kira wrote on IG.

After, Candace does a paloff press, which requires her to hold a taut resistant band in her hands and pull it towards herself, without rotating. Then, she does deadlifts.

Later, Candace moves to banded bridges, a move in which she lifts her legs to the sky and squeezes her glutes:

Then, she continues some more banded work on the floor, including kickbacks, push-ups, and dead bug variations:

Finally, she finishes with what Kira calls an "energy boosting stoked band finisher." Candace jumps up and down and brings her feet to touch, and then she crushes some jumping jacks to close out the workout.

Of course, I would be remiss if I did not also note Candace’s adorable Hoka Mach 5 training shoes in the white/blue glass color way.

Candace is big on working out, and finds that regular movement helps improve her mood, and keeps her mentally clear. "Just sweating that out and all those endorphins really help me a lot. I notice a huge difference when I don’t exercise," she previously told Prevention. "That's why I keep going."

When she’s not crushing her workouts on Kira’s app, Candace makes sure she refuels, which is important with all that work she’s putting in. She starts her day with a matcha tea before hitting the gym, she told Eating Well. For lunch, she opts for a bowl of whole grains, veggies, and lean proteins, like seafood or chicken.

Candace is also big fan of the StarKist Creation pouches, keeping their tuna or salmon packs nearby in case she wants to amp up her meals with some easily accessible protein. For dinner, she follows the same meal formula, but makes sure it’s kid-friendly, she told the outlet.

Love it, Candace!
