"I think we all have to decide at some point in our lives, what is enough money? What is enough work?," Moore said.

Tracy Moore is embracing the quiet life. On Saturday, the "Cityline" host shared a reflective Instagram reel of her teenage daughter at home, petting their family dog, accompanied by text that reads, "Marvelling at the quiet moments in life that lead to contentment, fulfillment, and gratitude."

The 49-year-old reiterated her message in the caption and challenged her followers to reconsider their definition of happiness. "I had a conversation with friends yesterday about what is 'enough,'" she penned.

"I think we all have to decide at some point in our lives, what is enough money? What is enough work? And then we have to build a life based on what makes us happy. Don't be fooled by hustle culture. You're likely to find your 'enough' in the quiet moments of the life you're already living."

Moore's message hit home with her followers, garnering praise and agreement in the comment section.

Fellow Canadian TV host Dina Pugliese chimed in, writing, "Slow is the new 'go.' I couldn't agree more. Hustle culture (among other pressures) lead to rapid burnout. None of it [is] worth the mental and physical drain. Family and quiet moments are everything — are the real blessings."

"Etalk" reporter Danielle Graham commented: "Been feeling exactly this lately. And now I'm noticing these moments so much more often. Happy slow Saturday morning."

"Perspective is everything. Right now living every beautiful opportunity with the family," former "ET Canada" host Sangita Patel shared.

"I love this. It's so true. I think we try to chase happiness, security, contentment out of fear… all sorts of fear. It’s a marathon, with a finish line that can’t be achieved. If we can shift our mindset around happiness and contentment, I think we might find that we have achieved it already," a fan weighed in.

"I had this conversation with myself in my 20s and it changed the whole trajectory of my life," another Instagram user commented. "Even though I am still an anxious person, I can look around objectively and know that I am fulfilled and supported and happy with my choices."

This is not the first time Moore has urged her followers to prioritize their peace. In August, she shared a candid Instagram reel of herself sitting on a beach, alongside an inspirational message emphasizing the power of simply laying down.

The mom-of-two paired her video with an audio clip that says: "You can rest, and everything that's going to happen for you is still going to happen for you."

"My word for 2023 was 'less' and I said it with my whole chest," Moore added in the caption. "I am leaving space for daydreaming, naps and creativity. I am filling my own cup before it gets close to empty."
