Amber Mac is ready for a new chapter.

On Tuesday, the Canadian TV host, 46, took to Instagram to share a health update alongside four black-and-white photos of herself at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital.

Dressed in a hospital gown, face mask and hair cap, the broadcast personality, whose name is Amber MacArthur, noted she got a surgery she's been waiting to have for a couple years.

"I (finally!) had surgery yesterday (total hysterectomy) and now the healing begins. Thanks to the amazing team at [Sinai Health]," Mac began in the caption to her post. "After more than two years of anemia due to fibroids, ER stays, monthly infusions, hormone therapy and one minimally-invasive surgery cancelled in December and other procedures tried, looking forward to moving forward."

The AmberMac Media founder wrapped up her caption with a call-to-action, asking people to "invest in women's health so we get the funding and support we deserve."

Fellow Canadian personalities and fans showed their support for Mac in the comments of her post, with many people sending her well wishes.

"Omg finally! I am so happy for you Amber. This has been a long and gruelling road for you and I am wishing you a speedy recovery on your healing journey, my love," penned Toronto-based influencer Sasha Exeter.

"Wow! Thank you for sharing! I hope you get well quickly!!" shared "The Social" moderator Melissa Grelo.

"So happy for you and wishing you a smooth recovery. You are incredible," wrote Toronto-based stylist and broadcast personality Meredith Shaw.

"Sending you all the amazing healing vibes! And amen to investing in women's health," a fan added.

"Thanks for sharing this, Amber," another fan chimed in. "It's ridiculous what you and so many us have to go through regarding access to decent care. I'm so, so happy to hear that everything went well. Sending well wishes and big hugs."
