Squamish Enduro

The Squamish Enduro is unique because of the courses that are chosen for the event. The organizers do not shy away from sending racers down spicy rock slabs.

Jack Menzies discovered the downsides of rock rolls at race pace.

Thankfully, he was okay after this one and continued on to get third on the day. Jesse Melamed was not immune to the carnage either. Watch his crash in the second slide below.

The atmosphere around the race is exactly what is expected from a trail town like Squamish. Watch Jesse Melamed take on the final section of the race to a cheering crowd below.

Though the Squamish Enduro is a popular early-season race for pros in their home town it is the atmosphere that sets it apart.

Former Enduro pro and current freeride coach and YouTuber Yoann Barelli even joined in on the action. Watch him take the race line on the final rock roll on his way to 12th place below.
