Sangita Patel is no stranger to the gym.

On Tuesday morning, the "Entertainment Tonight Canada" host showed off her washboard abs and balancing skills in her latest "fitness Tuesday" video.

Every Tuesday, the TV star gives fans an inside look into her impressive workout sessions on Instagram, and this week's video was no exception.

In the clip, the 43-year-old performed core exercises with a medicine ball in her backyard. She effortlessly lifted the ball into the air and around her body while balancing on a bosu, which is no easy feat.

For the sweat session, Patel rocked a black sports bra with matching exercise shorts and wore her hair in two braids. She smiled at the camera while performing her routine, clearly enjoying the al fresco workout session.

"It’s fitness Tuesday! Balance and core, yo!" she began in the caption.

The CoverGirl ambassador went on to explain why she loves this particular workout despite it being "challenging."

"This was challenging, getting on a bosu ball and executing the exercises especially the first one!" she continued. "I gotta say I love these type of workouts because your focus isn’t on the exercise but trying not to fall off the bosu! Great distraction!"

In the comments, fans thanked Patel for the workout motivation and applauded her "crazy strength" and toned physique.

"Those abs though!" wrote a follower. "That's some crazy strength you got going on there!"

"The strength, balance and poise in this video is remarkable and really impressive!" commented a fan. "And you do it all with a smile on your face!"

"Wow, you're ripped! Get it, girl! Seeing these videos give me great ideas for new things to try in the gym, so thanks for the inspiration and motivation!" said someone else.

"Killing it, Sangita! Looking fit! This is not an easy workout but you're destroying it," added another.
