Canadian Enduro Star Parts Ways With Longtime Team

For fans of Enduro, Andréane Lanthier-Nadaeu has long been one of the faces of the Rocky Mountain-Raceface Enduro Team.

In a shocking move, Rocky announced on January 17th, 2024, that the partnership was coming to an end. See the brand’s farewell post to ALN below.

Thankfully, there appears to be no bad blood in the parting of the ways. The Rocky Mountain-Raceface team will surely miss her going forward.

Andréane has had an amazing career. She has been on the podium 9 times. At the EWS in Whistler 2022, she was leading on the final stage but tragically crashed and fell to fifth in that race.

This move comes as a shock to fans of enduro. ALN has been a fan favorite on the all-Canadian Rocky team for years now. Along with Jesse Melamed and Remi Gauvin, Lanthier-Nadeau appeared in the popular YouTube Series The Jank Files which documented the team's antics traveling for enduro races.

It is unclear what ALN will do next. On January 2nd, she made a post about 2023 and said she felt like she had lost herself.

Perhaps this means she is done with racing and will retire from burnout, or perhaps she will pivot her career and become more of an ambassador like her good friend Miranda Miller. Maybe, a change of scenery is all she needs and we will see her at Enduro World Cups in the coming year.

Whatever her plan is, it will be weird not to see ALN racing for Rocky in 2024. We at BIKE wish her luck in whatever her next endeavor turns out to be.
