BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — Campestre on Harper Road celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a party for everyone!
Crumbl Cookie countdown comes to an end
Campestre’s celebrations began at 11:30 in the morning on Cinco de Mayo and continued until they closed down for the evening. While they were open, they offered drink specials for the holiday. General Manager, Ignacio Aguirre, said it’s just one big party!
“Big party for our employees and customers, everybody gets excited. Likes to see the restaurant super busy and everybody having fun. Just drinking and having a good time,” said Aguirre.
Aguirre said the restaurant was busy from the time they opened, and he hoped for a good day of business.
New location brings new customers for Mexican market
Cinco de Mayo celebrates the Battle of Puebla when the outnumbered Mexican army triumphed over the French army during the Second French intervention in Mexico.
Campestre is located at 2015 Harper Road in Beckley.
