Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville empire just opened its latest destination: the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Breaux Bridge in Henderson, Louisiana. Located about 40 minutes from Baton Rouge and two hours from New Orleans, the sprawling RV park—in partnership with Northgate Resorts—accommodates 450 RV sites and 65 cabins, and features more amenities than you can shake a tropical drink at.

The park, which was formerly the site of Cajun Palms—an already a popular, family-friendly RV camp-resort—got some major upgrades when Margaritaville took over, such as a brand new water zone, playground, swim-up bar at one of three pools on the grounds, and a Barkaritaville dog park for those traveling with pups.

Also among the renovations are 25 "island-inspired" luxury cabins, most of which sleep four to six. A new Sunset Suite and Jimmy Buffett Suite accommodate up to 12, and the latter comes with a BBQ, Adirondack chairs, and in-room Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker. There's also an aptly-named Latitude Loft, which sleeps eight and features a loft space and covered patio.

Camp Margaritaville will likewise offer premium RV sites, including covered sites and buddy sites, so caravaners traveling together can set up adjacent to one another.

Naturally, the location also got upgraded with Margaritaville-branded food and beverage concepts, including two on-site restaurants. The 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill is a full service eatery with outdoor seating, while License to Chill Bar features skilled mixologists slinging cocktails for thirsty guests. Additionally, there's a new Feeding Frenzy snack bar where guests can grab poolside munchies, and Lah De Dah Bar swim-up bar serving the brand's namesake frozen concoction.

In addition to existing basketball courts and volleyball courts, other amenities include a pickle ball court for fans of America's fastest-growing sport, private cabanas that guests can rent alongside all three pools, an adults-only hot tub, and a new camp store featuring—you guessed it—Margaritaville brand merchandise so you can keep the good times rolling even after you go home.

"We are thrilled to be introducing the Camp Margaritaville brand to this dynamic Louisiana location" said Camp Margaritaville Breaux Bridge general manager Amanda Stelly in a statement. "We’re known for warm hospitality and plentiful events and activities and adding the fun and flair of the Margaritaville brand brings new energy and excitement."

Camp Margaritaville Breaux Bridge is open year-round, with the pools open daily from April through October. Prices start at $70 for RV sites and $270 for cottages.
