When Prince Charles accedes to the throne as soon as practically possible following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, will have a new title: Queen Consort, with Queen Elizabeth II having expressed her 'sincere wish' that Camilla be crowned alongside the new King Charles when the time comes.

At the time of the Wales' marriage, Clarence House announced that Camilla would be styled as Princess Consort in the future when Charles become king. Seemingly it would be up to William as to whether he would bestow the title of Queen Mother on his stepmother Camilla. Otherwise, she would probably remain Princess Camilla. However it's unlikely that William would decline to give Camilla this title—after all, he was best man at her wedding to Charles in 2005.
