Camila Cabello is in Paris RN and she’s got the photographic evidence to prove it. The 25-year-old just did a photo dump of herself posing by the Eiffel Tower and—whew—is it hot in here, or…?

The pics feature Camila in a gorgeous yellow wrap crop top with matching skirt that accentuate some seriously toned abs. There’s Camila (and abs) posing like a champ with the Tower, Camila (plus abs and strong legs) in a wider angle shot, and Camila (plus abs and thigh) from the side.

“I’m in my baddie phase and my feet hurt,” she joked in the caption. People were here for it. “Wowww,” said one. “Omggg 😍,” said another.

Camila shared in a previous Instagram post that she’s in “Paris w the homies” and it looks like she’s having the best time everrrr.

Camila has been working hard with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis over the past few years and yeah, it shows. While Camila has shared some jokey Instagram posts about not exactly loving their workouts (exhibit A), Willis told Shape that Camila always has fun while they work together.

"We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing," Willis said of their workouts. "Somehow she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move."

Camila is also “extremely dedicated” and “pushes hard” through her training sessions, Willis said. But, ya know, she’s got a lot going on. “Camila is always on the go so we've tailored our workouts to fit that busy lifestyle," Willis said. "This means a lot of our workouts include minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, including complex movements that target the whole body."

That means a lot of circuit training that includes things like split squat banded twists, step-backs to pushups, and as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of alternating bodyweight squats and squat jumps.

Camila is into walking, too, and she even has a walking playlist on Spotify.

Camila has been open about not being the healthiest eater in the past, but she says she’s gotten better. She told BBC Radio, per Hola, that her ex, Shawn Mendes helped her branch into more veggies. "Shawn has influenced me to be healthier...I was not healthy at all before,” she said. “I never ate vegetables before. Just like easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar. Which, I wouldn’t say are hard vegetables.”

Fun fact, per Bustle: She eats a banana at every meal.

Of course, Camila is a total queen of body positivity. She went viral last year after opening up on TikTok about how she decided against holding in her tummy while running because “being at war with your body is so last season.”

She told Bustle that she tries to have healthy mindset around her diet and exercise.

“You can work out a few hours a day and never eat carbs and whatever, but that’s just not a balanced life,” she said. “That’s not what I want… I can’t change to fit that mold.”
