Camila Cabello works hard delivering hits for her adoring fans, so, ya know, a girl’s got to take a break sometimes. Well, the “Bam Bam” singer just went on vacation in Puerto Rico, and she dropped epic vacation photos and videos on Instagram to prove it.

I'm not going to lie...This IG photo dump is kind of everything. The first photo is of Camila skinny-dipping in a hot tub next to a pretty tree, then there's a clip of her topless, dumping water over her head while showing off her toned booty in a lime green thong swimsuit. Other photos show a strong Camila walking in the water at sunset, and her flashing her toned arms while pulling herself up during that skinny-dipping session.

“I love you, PR,” she wrote in the caption. “Now back to the studio.” Of course, people cheered her on in the comments. “This is everything,” one said, while another wrote, “Gorgeous baby 😍.”

While Camila clearly recharged mentally during her vacay, she’s made it clear that she works hard on her physical health, too. The 26-year-old singer works with trainer Jenna Willis, who told Shape that the Fifth Harmony alum “pushes hard” through her workouts and is “extremely dedicated” to her fitness. (It shows!)

“Naturally, Camila is always on the go so we've tailored our workouts to fit that busy lifestyle," Willis said. "This means a lot of our workouts include minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, including complex movements that target the whole body." That includes moves like bird-dogs, fire hydrants, squat hops, plank rows, and tricep kickbacks.

The two also have fun together. “We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing,” Willis continued. “She manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.” Camila hilariously shared these photos from one of their workouts, and it’s a total mood.

Willis has made it clear that she tries to meet her clients where they’re at. “We fit exercise in wherever we can, when we can, and however we can!” she previously told Hello.

Foodwise, Camila isn’t into strict diets, and that’s something that Willis supports. "I tell my clients crash diets and overdoing workouts can be like a bad relationship,” Willis said to Hollywood Life. “If they seem too good to be true, they are.”

Camila explained to Well+Good that “food is a big part of everything” for her, noting that she likes to include lots of tea, yogurt, and probiotics for gut health.

“I have a bad habit of not, you know, hydrating enough, so baseline is drinking enough water, having like a well-balanced day in terms of food, having enough veggies and like not a lot of processed foods, and exercise,” she said.

Overall, Camila has learned what works for her. “I usually drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy that day, just to not like burden my body with other things,” she said. “I find that if I’m not gonna get sleep and I’m eating bad and I’m not drinking water, and I'm drinking alcohol for example, and I'm stressed, I'm probably gonna get sick. But if I'm doing a few of those good things, then I'll probably be okay.”
