Camila Cabello and Nick Jonas Shared an “Awkward” Grammys 2018 Moment

Only a few short weeks after Camila Cabello admitted she "chickened out" on sharing a possible New Year's Eve kiss with Nick Jonas, the pair had a brief run-in at the 2018 Grammys. The impromptu Grammys meeting occurred just as Camila wrapped up an interview with E! on the red carpet, and social media cannot get over how "awkward" it all was.

As Camila wrapped up her interview with Ryan Seacrest, Nick was waiting in the wings to talk all things Jonas Brothers. As Nick stepped forward for his red carpet interview Ryan pointed out how the Jonas Brother rang in the New Year with Camila for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. He then asked if the two had seen each other again since their performances. They both denied hanging out again, leaving Ryan to jokingly hand the microphone off to Nick to talk with Camila. The duo's reunion was mere seconds, but social media couldn't help but point out how "uncomfortable" the interaction was.

Reaction from fans ranged from laughter to disbelief, with some pointing out how "nervous" they appeared to be around one another. Despite how "uncomfortable" social media thought the exchange was it's likely they were just both nervous for the big night ahead. Camila was taking the stage for an important performance, after all.
