Camila Cabello just ARRIVED on the VMAs red carpet and there’s bad news and good news. The bad news is that she and Shawn Mendes inexplicably didn’t walk together, which...rude. The good news is that Camila wore a gorgeous white gown that could definitely pass for a wedding dress, and you can feel free to read right the hell into that.
