The weather is getting crisper, the leaves and changing color, and Camila Cabello is ready for fall. In fact, she's proving her dedication by giving a new spin to the concept "sweater season." This week, the singer posted a selfie on her Instagram this week where she was rocking a knit bra top, and not only is the look super cute, but Camila's core is super strong.

In the photo, Camila, 26, posed in a gray knit bra top and a pair of oversized distressed jeans. The top came with matching sleeves, which tied this "cozy fall girl" look together for the "Havana" singer. She looks seriously strong and stylish!

First things first, Camila is a strong proponent of body acceptance and self-love, especially given she’s been photographed and picked apart in the media since she was a teenager. She’s spoken about how challenging it can be to feel like she needs to “pose” for hidden paparazzi, even during a fun day at the beach.

“I knew I looked ‘good’ in the pictures and thought I would feel accomplished, and yet I’ve never had a worse time on the beach,” she wrote on IG. “I felt the emptiness and sadness of our culture’s thoughts that became my thoughts.” Love to see this transparency from Camila and her regaining her own thoughts around her body!

Camila has also shared that regular movement helps her feel super strong. That’s why she works with personal trainer Jenna Willis. And Willis told Shape that Camila is a super committed client who is dedicated to their workouts together. When they start a session, the two do circuits, which include moves like squat hops, high plank shoulder taps, glute bridges, and more.

When it comes to her diet, Camila has previously given a shoutout to her ex-boyfriend, Shawn Mendes, for helping her learn to make healthier food choices. In an interview with BBC Radio, she said, "Shawn has influenced me to be healthier...I was not healthy at all before. I never ate vegetables before. Just like easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar. Which, I wouldn’t say, are hard vegetables," per Hola.
