Cameron Diaz's Daughter's Middle Name Has a Drew Barrymore Connection

• Raddix's middle names have now been revealed and they're every bit as adorable as her unusual first name.

Cameron Diaz took to Instagram in early January to reveal that she'd welcomed her first child, a daughter, with husband Benji Madden.

According to The Blast (via People), Raddix's birth certificate reveals that her full name is Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden. The publication also noted that, per official records, Diaz and Madden welcomed their first child on December 30, 2019, at Cedar's Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

It's worth noting that the name Wildflower has a special significance, as it's also the title of Drew Barrymore's autobiography. Diaz and Barrymore have remained close since they costarred in Charlie's Angels together, and it's very possible that Raddix's middle name is a shoutout to the actress. It's also worth noting that Barrymore's makeup line is called Flower Beauty.

Announcing their daughter's birth on social media, Diaz and Madden wrote, "Happy New Year from the Maddens! We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden. She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family."

The statement continued, "We won’t be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute! Some would even say RAD."
