Cameron Diaz is Back in Action as she continues to film for the Netflix movie in the absence of her co-star.

The 50-year-old actress was spotted on the set of the new comedy film–which is expected to wrap this week–that she stars in alongside Jamie Foxx, who continues to be hospitalized after facing a "medical complication" on April 11.

Diaz was spotted in a photo returning to work alongside actress McKenna Roberts as they filmed scenes for the movie in Atlanta, GA on April 17. They filmed alongside a body double who stood in for Foxx, 55.

The photo captured Diaz donning a simple outfit, which included a pair of blue jeans, a white sweatshirt, and matching sneakers. She walked behind Foxx's body double and Roberts during, what could be described as, a tense scene.

Foxx's daughter, Corinne Foxx, took to her Instagram on Wednesday, April 12 to announce the Oscar winner's health scare, writing at the time, "From the Foxx family: We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery."

She continued: "We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time." She signed the message, "Much love, the Foxx family."

While it is still uncertain what caused the medical incident, Foxx continues to be in the Georgia-based hospital, per CNN, who gave an update on the actor's health Friday, April, 14.

According to a source who spoke with the outlet, medical officials “are running tests and still trying to figure out what exactly happened." The source also noted that the medical situation did not occur on set and Foxx was not transported by an emergency vehicle to the hospital.
