In a turn of events we definitely didn't see coming, actress Cameron Diaz just recreated that hairstyle from There's Something About Mary.
Take my hand and come with me on a journey, back to 1998 when time's were very different.
You were most probably listening to My Heart Will Go On, on repeat, while mourning Geri's exit from the Spice Girls and lusting after one of those see through, colourful MAC computers.
In between all of that, you were probably watching There's Something About Mary and cringing over that one scene involving Mary (Cameron Diaz) unknowing using Ted's (Ben Stillar) load as hair gel.
I feel uncomfortable even writing that.
While Cameron Diaz famously almost pulled out of doing the scene, she clearly made peace with it and has now revived it for a skit with our favourite Instagram comedian, Benny Drama.
If, like us, you discovered Benny back when he started sharing his iconic gen z intern videos, you'll have watched his rise to fame like a proud mum.
And now, the comedian who does a better impression of Kourtney Kardashian than Kourtney herself, has teamed up with Cameron Diaz.
The video was to promote Cameron's wine brand Avaline, which has broadened out into candles.
And while Benny made for a beautiful Mary in his wig and red mini dress, Cameron trumped him by recreating that hairstyle.
Sorry, but Cameron Diaz is the number one person we would pay to sit on a sofa and drink wine with.
