Earlier this week, Cameron Diaz announced a collab with pal Gwyneth Paltrow's goop Kitchen. The Avaline co-founder introduced the Summer Crunch Salad to pair with her own better-for-you Sauvignon Blanc. And while that's all good and dandy, fans are pissed over the amount of plastic Diaz has stuffed in her fridge while promoting the partnership.

Cameron took to Instagram on Wednesday to show off the recipe and the contents of her fridge.

"I’m so excited to team up with @goopkitchen to release my favorite summer salad, which pairs *perfectly* with our new Avaline Sauvignon Blanc," Diaz wrote on Instagram. In the video, she pans to her fridge which is piled with bottles of the savvy B and Summer Crunch Salad containers—ahem, plastic containers, to be more specific.

Fans were quick to call out the actress for her not so environmentally friendly fridge set up.

"Tastes probably good…BUT: all this plastic?!? Seriously? Can‘t you see that nature is going down?" one critic wrote, with another chiming in, "I appreciate the effort for clean food but why packages in plastic!!! 🤯🤯 I’d love to see this change."

A third user wrote, "Utterly ridiculous! Make a salad yourself, perhaps. Use less plastic oh and stop giving money to celebs. Their greed is vile."

This viewpoint is hardly the variable either. Practically the entire comment section was fixated on Diaz's, um, sustainability issues.

Now as for the salad—which is actually available for delivery in LA if you don't mind the plastic—it features "big flavors and crunch" with gem lettuce, a sweet and spicy mango slaw, snow peas, carrots, cucumbers, fresh herbs, and avocado slices with puffed rice, candied cashews, and goop Certified Clean cashew vinaigrette.

"When I’m dreaming about my ideal summer afternoon, say a Saturday in late July, it includes a fresh summer salad, a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc, and a table full of friends," Cameron said of the collab.

Maybe someone should take up the packaging issue with Gwyneth herself?
