Cam Newton is all about that #GirlDad life.

On Thursday, the 31-year-old NFL star got a pedicure alongside surrogate daughter Shakira, his ex-girlfriend Kia Proctor's daughter from a previous relationship. He shared a few photos from the pampering session on Instagram along with a video.

"You gotta be very particular on when she ready to talk and when she ain't," he joked to the camera. "She got attitudes these days, growing up and stuff, getting bougie and stuff, getting beside herself and stuff."

He captioned the post with a quote from John Mayer's song "Daughters."

Fans took to the athlete's comments praising the father of five, who also acts as a father-figure to Shakira and her brother Jaden, for taking pride in being a "girl dad."

"Love this," one fan said.

"What a good way to love your daughter. That's a good Father..Cameron love his kids. Good man," someone wrote.

"IDC what team you play for. A good dad is priceless and a true testament to who you are outside the pads. #girldadgang,"a commenter continued.

"Love your dad and daughter day," one person added.

Newton regularly shares precious moments with his kids on social media and in an interview with Yahoo Entertainment in 2017, he opened up about how being a parent has changed him.

“Fatherhood has been great. …I’m not as bad as I thought I was!” he said at the time. “It’s something that a person can never really prep for, but for me I just want to be available, and it’s helped me be a better man."

Earlier this month, he opened up about the difficulties of parenting during the pandemic, particularly being away from his children.

“Having the mental fortitude to stay focused on a FaceTime call, it’s not the easiest to talk to a 2-year-old, a 3-year-old, a 5-year-old, and even the teenagers get over it after about two or three minutes,” he admitted. “You ask, ‘how was your day at school today?’ ‘Good.’ ‘Well, how was this?’ ‘Good.’ ‘What are you eating?’ And then they put the phone down and try to hand it off. That’s probably been the most difficult thing.”
