As we head into the month of October, leaves are turning and there's a chill in the air. For now, there are still a few more ghostly tales to tell. (Countdown to Christmas will kick off soon enough.) In Hallmark Channel's latest, Fall into Love film, a real estate agents discover an unexpected amenity in her newest listing.

What is 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost about?
In this charming movie that's sure to become a fan favorite, new Realtor Anna (Julie Gonzalo) gets her first listing, and she’s sure the long-vacant house will sell in a flash…until she faces resistance from Ruby (Madeleine Arthur), an irrepressible flapper who’s been haunting the house since the 1920s. Ruby wants her home to remain unoccupied while Anna desperately needs the house to sell. They soon discover an unusual commonality: They both left their fiancés at the altar. Ruby was in love with her driver Charlie (Thomas Darya) but called it off due to her father’s disapproval. Although her love for Charlie never waned, she met an untimely death and was never able to complete her love story.
Meanwhile, Anna had relationship troubles with her ex-fiancé Elliot (When Calls the Heart star Chris McNally) and ultimately called it quits when their renovation business failed. Anna tries to make amends by asking Elliot to help restore her listing. He agrees, although he is still hurt by their breakup. As they work together, their old feelings start to resurface. Ruby sees their interaction and decides that she and Anna have been brought together for a reason; by helping Anna rekindle her love, she hopes to gain the closure she needs to finally move on.

Julie Gonzalo (Anna)
Julie Gonzalo has starred in several Hallmark Channel films including Falling for Vermont, Jingle Bell Bride and Flip That Romance. She has also starred in the TNT reboot of Dallas, as well as ABC's Eli Stone opposite Jonny Lee Miller and Natasha Henstridge. Originally from Buenos Aires, Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish.

Chris McNally (Elliot)
McNally stars as Lucas Bouchard on Hallmark Channel's popular series, When Calls the Heart. He also appeared in the final season of Firefly Lane as well as the Paramount+ series, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies.
Fun fact: McNally and Gonzalo are a couple IRL! The two met on the set of the Hallmark Channel movie, The Sweetest Heart and welcomed their first child back in June 2022. Gonzalo announced the birth on Instagram.

Madeleine Arthur (Ruby)
Arthur stars as Christine in All the Boys I've Loved Before movies on Netflix. She was also part of the main cast on Blockbuster. She has also appeared in episodes of The Magicians, Supernatural and Snowpiercer.
