(KRON) – The Oakland Public Library invites young readers to get lost in captivating stories with its Kids’ Summer Reading.

The summer reading program challenges children and adults to be voracious readers.

The bookworms are prompted to read for 20 days this summer, picking any book of their choice for free. The more a child reads, the more opportunity they will receive to enter the grand prize raffles.
