Blonde Balayage
"Blonde balayage is always a good idea," says Jamila Powell, owner of Maggie Rose Salon in Davie, Flordia, and Naturally Drenched, especially if you're trying out lighter pieces for the first time. "Ask your stylist for various shades of blonde placed throughout your hair," she says, to get a look similar to this one, done by stylist Alexis Meeks. Shimmering Pink

"The hair color I think is going to be the most popular for spring is any version of orange," says Brian O’ Connor, artistic director and cofounder of Good Dye Young.
