Bella Thorne’s abs are *literally* shining in her latest IG story.

The Time Is Up actress showed off all the hard work she’s been putting in in the gym in a quick selfie shared on her Instagram story. Bella is wearing a hot pink top that sort of looks like a harness. It has a plunging neckline, but also a halter neckline, and straps. Wondering one would put this particular piece of clothing on left me perplexed.

But what I do know is that Bella's abs are strong AF! If you’ve been wondering how Bella stays so fit, you’re in luck! The star loves to share with her followers.

Bella has previously said on Instagram that she usually works out for an hour, during which she focused on building lean muscles. This makes for a lot of aerobic conditioning while at the gym!

She also shared a TRX workout where she puts her feet in the straps, while in a push-up position, and then tucks her legs into her chest. Now that’ll definitely build your ab muscles!

She has a little help, too. Bella told Allure that she works out with her brother, who is a trainer. “He's got me doing circuit training and weight lifting—I never do cardio,” Bella said back in 2015. “A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weight lifting does...but weight lifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat."

More recently, though, Bella has been transparent with her overall health journey. Early this year, she promised she would make 2022 the year she took better care of her mind, body, and soul.

“I will be healthier this year I will take more care of my body. I will drink more water. I will pay more attention to my negative mental habits I will work to change those. I will stop judging myself so harshly,” the actress wrote in part on the New Year’s post.

That also includes some fresh foods!

Bella keeps her kitchen stocked with healthy essentials, including rice, black beans, pasta, fruits for smoothies, veggies, and some protein, according to Hollywood Life.

But, she does love her bacon.

During an interview with Wired, Bella shared that she is not vegan.

"I'm not, I'm so sorry guys. I really want to be though. My sister's a vegan so we eat a lot of vegan food but man, bacon. Oh, gets me every time."
