Election season is always such a headache between the endless commercials and ads everywhere you turn. But after hearing about this California town, we might be able to handle election season since their candidates are all beyond precious.
TikTok user @thatgoodnewsgirl shared one of the best news videos we’ve ever seen. Idyllwild, California is an unincorporated town that has no human politicians. Instead, this town is run by Golden Retrievers and it’s absolutely everything. Take a look at how these dogs got into office.

O.M.G. How is this a real place and we’re just learning about it now?! We need to move to this town immediately! Not only is having dogs running the town beyond adorable but also the way it started is such a cute way to raise money for the animal shelter. According to the mayor's website, this mayoral race raised $31,000. That's incredible!
