Cake of the Day: Elderflower Bundt Cake

Fashionista Peony Lim brings us today’s cake from her eponymous lifestyle site. Known for her chic street style, Lim is a popular blogger and brand consultant who travels between London and Asia. We’re interested, though, in how she dresses her cakes. 

Judging from the example above, she does so beautifully! 

Lim’s springy Bundt cake is elegant, what with its splashes of pink and purple pastels. She decorates it not only with elderflower syrup, but also with sugar-coated berries and rose petals. 

It’s a real head-turner.
